Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Our number one priority is the safety and well being of our residents and our staff. We have been closely monitoring and implementing protocols based on guidance from the CDC, CMS and state and local health authorities. Our management teams meet via conference call every morning to review and update any necessary changes to our policies and procedures to best serve our resident's needs.
We have cancelled group activities and communal dining to adhere to social distancing.
We have a group of outstanding activity directors who are very creative in making sure our residents remain active and engaged. We have established communication alternatives to assist you in visiting your loved one via technology - we realize it is not the same as an in-person hug but it is a necessary step to help flatten the curve. For more information or to set up a call please contact your facility administrator or social service director.
We are here to assist you in any way we can. We again thank you for your support and we will keep you informed of changes as they occur. ...
